Omar Talking 3D Tiles at GeoPhilly Meetup

This week the GeoPhilly Meetup is hosting a night on tiles, and we’re excited to participate! Jim McAndrew will talk about his use of vector tiles in creating basemaps for the National Park Service, and our very own Omar will be discussing 3D Tiles.

We’ve long been fans of GeoPhilly. With nearly 2,000 members, the group hosts casual open events for developers, GIS professionals, and open source advocates to talk about the data and tech that make better maps possible. Now that our office is in Philadelphia, we’re excited to get more involved, sharing the exciting work we’ve been doing and contributing back to the community.

Join us Wednesday night at 6. A big thanks to Pennoni for hosting the meetup: 1900 Market St Suite #300. We’ll see you there!
