Cesium Version 1.31 Released
We are happy to announce the release of Cesium 1.31. Highlights include
- Added compressed texture support for glTF models and imagery layers.
- Added support for Scene.pickPosition in Columbus view and 2D.
- Added support for depth picking translucent primitives when Scene.pickTranslucentDepth is true.
- Fixed an issue where the camera would zoom past an object and flip to the other side of the globe.
- Added support for GroundPrimitive on browsers and hardware without the EXT_frag_depth extension.

- The Swiss federal government is now using 3D Tiles with ol3-Cesium to visualize their comprehensive model of Switzerland, including buildings. Check out the showcase.
- Smartrac used Cesium on Liquid Galaxy, put together by End Point, for their exhibit at the National Retail Federation.

- GDC, the Game Developers Conference, is Feb 27–Mar 3 in San Francisco. Meet members of the Cesium team at the WebGL/WebVR/glTF meetup.
