Cesium Bug Bash

I’m very excited to announce that we will be hosting the first Cesium Bug Bash! Our friends at Bentley Systems will be hosting the AGI Cesium team for the event on October 19–21. During that time, we’ll be focused on closing as many bugs as we can. We’re also putting an emphasis on fixing bugs that are currently impacting the community, so we need your help! We’re currently in the process of curating issues, and we would really appreciate your feedback so we can fix the bugs that you care about most. Bugs currently tagged for wrangling can be found under the ‘bug bash’ label on GitHub.

You can help out in a couple of ways:

  • +1 issues on our GitHub that you would most like to see fixed
  • Make comments on any issues not labeled for the bug bash that we may have missed
  • Add insight to an issue by commenting relevant information
  • Participate! We’ll gladly accept contributions if you’d like to track down these or any other issues

Patrick Cozzi and I will be designated reviewers to provide prompt feedback and merge pull requests during the event. This is the perfect time for you to contribute—we’ll be at the ready to answer questions and help your bug fixes go through.

We’ll be starting a discussion on the forum if you have any questions or want to let us know about anything we may have missed. We look forward to hearing your feedback!
